​​​The Treatment 

     During a session, a practitioner can help you experience the healing power of Reiki. Clients will remain fully clothed resting on a massage table or sitting comfortably on a chair. This healing energy is delivered through specific hand positions on or above the body, and you may even sense a touch or no touch at all. Clients usually experience relaxation and peacefulness and feel warmth or other subtle and pleasant sensations. A full treatment is an hour to an hour and a half and is tailored to clients' needs. 

As a Reiki practitioner, Orna Segal RN has been attuned and trained to channel healing energy that flows through you during a treatment. An introduction to Reiki will be provided to all new clients, and after each session there will be time for conversation or questions as needed. Reiki is an energy healing modality that works holistically on all levels: body, mind, and spirit. It seeks to restore harmony if vital energy has become unbalanced or blocked.
